1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any services provided by Codeastic ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services.

2. Services Description

Codeastic provides web development, digital marketing, branding, and related services ("Services") to small and medium businesses in Haryana and surrounding areas.

Our Services include but are not limited to:

• Website design and development
• E-commerce solutions
• Branding and graphic design
• Digital marketing services
• Hosting and maintenance

All Services are provided on a project basis as outlined in individual service agreements or proposals. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any Service at any time without notice.

3. Payments & Refunds

All Services require payment as agreed upon in the project proposal or service agreement. We typically require:

• 50% upfront payment before work begins
• 40% upon project completion before delivery
• 10% after final delivery and client approval

We accept payments via bank transfer, UPI, and other digital payment methods. All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and exclude applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights for materials developed by Codeastic remain our property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables is transferred to the client, except for:

• Third-party components or assets used in the project
• Our proprietary frameworks, tools, and methodologies
• Any pre-existing materials we owned prior to the project

We retain the right to display completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our Services.

By using our Services, you consent to:

• The processing of data in accordance with applicable laws

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Codeastic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use our Services
• Any conduct or content of third parties related to our Services
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the Services in the six months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination:

• Your right to use our Services will immediately cease
• Any outstanding payments will become immediately due
• We may retain your data for legal or administrative purposes

All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
